Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company’s Savannah floorcovering store is seeking an installation coordinator to support sales efforts and coordinate installation through independent contractors to service wholesale floorcovering customers. In this role, you will assist in scheduling installations and ensure installation is conducted consistent with expectations.

The selected individual will be based at Store #2788, 165 Knowlton Way Ste 105, Savannah, GA, 31407-3050, and will work to ensure installations

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Support sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
Assist Branch Manager with installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
Assist sales reps with field measurements, cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specs.
Ensure customer orders are measured and cut accurately.
Perform on-site inspections to verify installation quality and customer satisfaction.
Maintain installer transactions through the store computer system and records.
Determine training needs and arrange appropriate training for installers.
