Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Store Support/Installation Coordinator at Store #3500 in De Pere, WI to assist in coordinating flooring installation through independent contractors and service wholesale floorcovering customers. You will help schedule installations and ensure work is performed to our standards.

Responsibilities include supporting branch sales, assisting with measurements and product specs, and maintaining accurate records of installer activity.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a retail environment servicing customers.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing installation plans to meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist sales representatives in field measurements including cut sheets, seam diagrams, and product specifications.
• Ensure all customer orders are accurately measured and cut.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure installer transactions are recorded properly in the store system.
• Determine installation training needs and coordinate training as appropriate.
