Clovernook Healthcare, LLC in the Cincinnati area seeks a dedicated Floor Tech to maintain spotless, safe floors in a resident-centered long-term care community. This full-time role focuses on daily floor care, carpet spot-cleaning, and safe operation of floor machinery to support a clean living environment.

You will follow infection control and PPE standards, move furniture as needed, and assist with deep-clean projects while contributing to resident comfort and care.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in floor care, housekeeping, or environmental services (healthcare a plus!).
• Comfortable operating floor care machinery.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs and stand/walk most of shift.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for clean, safe spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, scrub, strip, wax, and buff hard surface floors daily.
• Vacuum and spot-clean carpets throughout resident rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Safely operate floor equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Move furniture to clean and reset areas efficiently.
• Follow strict infection control, safety protocols, and PPE standards.
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
• Assist with general housekeeping and deep-clean projects.
