Job summary

Blakeford at Green Hills in Nashville, TN is hiring a Floor Technician to perform daily cleaning and maintenance across the facility. You will follow scheduled cleaning routines, use approved cleaning chemicals safely, and assist with turning rooms for new move-ins.

As a Blakeford Floor Technician, you will:

• Follow established daily, weekly, and monthly schedules floor cleaning at various areas of the building
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals according to the products Materials Data Sheet as well as company safety procedures
• Assist with room turns to ensure a clean environment for new move-ins
• Provide emergency cleaning or housekeeping services as needed
