Job Title: Floor Technician

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Floor Technician positions at Crothall Healthcare.

Location: Carilion Medical Center - 1906 Belleview Avenue SE, Roanoke, VA 24014. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full and part-time schedules. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements: At least 1 year of experience required.

Pay Range: $15.75 to $16.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

• Knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience as a floor care technician or related role.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
