Job Details

• We are hiring immediately for full-time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions.
• Location: AdventHealth Riverview - 9330 US Highway 301 South, Riverview, FL 33578. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time, with shifts from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am or 4:00 am to 12:30 pm; details provided upon interview.
• Requirement: Two years of previous floor technician experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

The Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and procedures.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for large area cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning tasks.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
