• We are hiring immediately for full-time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions.
• Location: Crothall Healthcare - 2501 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32804. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedules, Monday through Friday, hours may vary, including weekends and holidays; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Two years of previous floor care experience is preferred but not required.
• Pay Range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: The Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, including shampooing, spot cleaning, vacuuming, etc.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
