Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated full-time housekeeping associate to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients. You’ll join a mission-driven, non-profit team that values service and collaboration across departments.

Starting pay is $15.29 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, PTO, paid holidays, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
