Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab in Dawson, GA is seeking a Full Time Day housekeeping role to maintain a clean environment for our patients and support a compassionate care team.

A starting pay of $15.29 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage, a 401(k) with match, and a referral bonus program. The role emphasizes teamwork and servant leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Outlook/Excel/Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor.
• Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
• Performs other duties as necessary to ensure the success of the System.

Responsible for performing various tasks to provide a clean environment for our patients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY
