Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients. Starting pay is $15.29 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits. This full-time daytime role supports a high standard of care in our non-profit, mission-driven facility.

Essential tasks include floor care, equipment handling, and reporting repairs. The position emphasizes servant leadership and collaboration within the system.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift.
• Report any needed repairs.
• Promotes the image and reputation of the System by exhibiting servant leadership and providing direct and open lines of communication.
• Contributes to the work of committees, workgroups, project management, and other collaborative efforts of the System.
