SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Floor Technician for 2nd & 3rd shifts in California. You will support the care and maintenance of high-profile commercial facilities by delivering expert floor and surface services.

Responsibilities include maintaining carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, and hardwood; safely operating floor equipment; following safety protocols; collaborating with the team; occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional floor care experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Located in California and eligible to work in the U.S.

What You’ll Do

Perform maintenance on various surfaces including carpet, tile, vinyl, stone, and hardwood

Operate floor equipment safely and efficiently

Follow all company and client safety protocols and quality standards

Collaborate with team members to complete scheduled projects

Travel occasionally (up to 10%) for client needs

Who You Are

Located in California and eligible to work in the U.S.

Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bring 3–5 years of professional floor care experience

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Able to perform physical tasks (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)

Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift

Able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work

Able to pass a background check (required for most client sites)
