SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Floor Technician to join our team in Colorado. You’ll care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood, providing expert floor and surface maintenance for premier commercial spaces. This full-time, non-exempt role offers 2nd or 3rd shifts, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, plus 7 paid holidays. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and 3–5 years of floor technician experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience as a floor technician.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Punctual, team-oriented and dependable.
• Able to perform physical work (walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Care for surfaces like carpet, tile, vinyl, stone and hardwood.

• Work as part of a team and travel up to 10% as needed.
