Job summary

SOLID Surface Care, Inc. is hiring a Lead Floor Technician to deliver top-tier flooring maintenance and restoration services for commercial facilities in the Houston area.

The successful candidate will lead on-site floor care projects, supervise teams when needed, and ensure client satisfaction through high-quality workmanship and reliability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our office.
• Ability to learn new maintenance techniques and processes.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning floors and other commercial surfaces for large facilities.
• Restoring and maintaining all listed surfaces.
• Operating commercial cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Traveling to client work sites and surrounding areas to complete scheduled work orders.

Position Description
As a Floor Technician, you will be on the front lines of surface care services to our valued clients. You may be responsible for a variety of services (including but not limited to):

• Cleaning floors and other commercial surfaces for large facilities
• Restoring and maintaining all types of surfaces listed above
• Operating commercial cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and wet/dry vacuums
• Traveling to client work sites and surrounding areas (vehicle provided) to complete scheduled work orders
