Job description

Professional Maintenance Company is looking to hire a Floor Tech to help keep our customer’s facilities clean and up to expected standards. This position will be in Prince George, VA and is a part-time opportunity.

Pay Rate of $12 per hour

Essential Functions

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and/or tasks as required.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills.
• Follow direction of Management to perform tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance of floors to include cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing on a routine basis.
• Expected to demonstrate proper use of chemicals and other supplies.
• Respond to emergency requests as needed.
• Properly use cleaning equipment including strippers and buffers.
• Other cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
