Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a Floor Technician to join our building services team in Gwynedd Valley, PA. Hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with duties focused on keeping floors clean and safe across campus environments.

You will operate floor care equipment, perform stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and light janitorial tasks, while following safety and infection control policies. Training is provided, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in floor care or janitorial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with students, staff, and guests.
• Compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 75 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily and work with cleaning products.
• Must provide a criminal background check.
