Job summary

Campus Services Group in Wayne, PA is seeking a Floor Technician to keep campus floors clean and safe. You will work Mon-Fri, 2:30-10:30pm, at 116 South Aberdeen Ave, Wayne, PA 19087, ensuring high-quality floor care across classrooms, offices, and common areas.

Responsibilities include stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning, and routine janitorial duties. Must pass a background check and lift up to 50 lbs. Training provided; competitive $18–$20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred; training provided.
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail; follow instructions and work independently.
• Professional demeanor with students, staff, and guests.
• Compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Criminal background check required.

• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 75 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.

• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks daily and work in an environment that requires handling cleaning products.

• Must provide a criminal background check.
