Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe, and comfortable spaces for residents. The role covers carpet and hard floor care, routine cleaning of rooms and common areas, and replenishing supplies in accordance with infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedFloor Technician

What You Will Do

• Responsible for cleaning carpeted and hardwood flooring

• Scrubbing polishing and waxing floors of all types

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facility hallways to maintain a hygienic, presentable, and comfortable environment

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces according to cleaning schedules and protocols

• Replenish supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products in designated areas

• Dispose of trash and soiled linens appropriately and according to infection control procedures

• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department

• Duties as assigned

What You Must Have
