Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. You will use our tools and methods to perform daily floor care, carpet maintenance, hard floor restoration, and team support by moving furniture and managing supplies.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, the ability to lift 55 lbs, and the flexibility to work evenings (5pm–1am). Training is provided if no prior floor-tech experience.

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 55 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work evening hours, typically from 5pm-1am.
• Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not required—we can train you!
• A team-first attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.
• A clear driving record in the past 5 years and valid driver’s license.
• A clear criminal history report.

Responsibilities

• Daily Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping, scrubbing, refinishing, buffing, burnishing.
• Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.
