Job summary

Leecountyhealthrehabilitation is seeking a full-time janitorial associate to support a long-term care facility in Leesburg, GA. You will perform both heavy and light cleaning tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, clear communication, and the ability to work well with patients, families, and staff. The role offers competitive benefits and a stable daytime schedule.

Examples of Duties Performed:

• Performs heavy cleaning duties for a long-term care nursing center such as;
  • stripping old finish and applying new finish to floors
  • shampooing carpet
  • operating floor buffing machines
  • washing walls
• Performs light cleaning duties such as;
  • dusting, sweeping, and damp mopping floors
  • vacuuming carpet
  • mopping
  • Collects and removes trash from assigned area
  • Keeps equipment clean and in proper operating condition.
