• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

Floor Technician

Location: SELECT SPECIALTY HOSPITAL OF COLUMBUS - 60800002

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Floor Technician at Sodexo, you will be a hygiene hero and planet protector, delivering high-quality cleaning services to create a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip, and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment
• Vacuum, spot clean, and extract carpeted floor surfaces
• Clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers
• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding
• Assist in training other employees
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties as assigned, depending on business needs and client requirements
