Legacy Maintenance Services, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain, clean, and restore floors in Cleveland, OH. You will operate buffers, scrubbers, and extractors to keep floors safe and attractive in commercial or industrial spaces.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, floor care experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You’ll follow safety protocols and work well independently or with a team, ensuring high-quality results.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in floor care or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to operate floor care machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing.
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors safely and efficiently.
• Apply floor finishes, sealers, and strippers as needed to maintain floor appearance and durability.
• Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner.
