Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Night Shift Floor Tech to keep our facilities clean, safe, and presentable. This full-time role requires attention to detail and reliable performance on a demanding schedule.

Responsibilities include stripping and waxing floors, general cleaning, and operating floor care equipment, with weekly pay and competitive benefits. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of floor care experience and can pass background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of floor care experience (stripping & waxing).
• Able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals and other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and chemicals and their safe use.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Strip and wax floors to maintain appearance and safety.
• Perform routine cleaning of floors (hard surfaces and carpets) and other areas.
• Operate cleaning machines and hand tools as required.
• Assist with general building cleaning tasks under supervision.

Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA Facility Support Services is looking to add an experienced Floor Tech to our team at our Cherry Hill, NJ location. This is a full time night shift position.

Schedule: (Full Time)

• Monday-Friday- 3:00pm-11:30PM

Pay: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $17 per hour - weekly pay

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

• Stripping & waxing of tile floors
• Maintain an outstanding appearance to all floors (hard floors and carpet) in a facility.
• Use machines and hand tools.
• Perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, stripping, buffing of floors; window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping.

Floor Tech Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of Floor Care experience (i.e. stripping & waxing)
• Must be comfortable walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending, & lifting 40lbs individually.
• Ability to read & interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, & other documents.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods & equipment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & their safe use.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
