Royale Oaks in Omaha's Florence Community seeks a Floor Technician to perform commercial cleaning duties in a nursing home setting. You will operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, strip, wax and polish floors, and ensure clean, safe environments for residents and staff.

Available Shifts:

• M/W/F - 8am-1pm or hours may vary

Our Floor Technicians Will:

• Perform commercial cleaning duties in nursing home setting
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
• Strip, wax, and polish floors
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Sweep and mop hard surface floorsFollow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.

We Require our Floor Technician to have:

• Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods is a plus
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects, if required
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
