Job summary

Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to start at 7am and finish by 3pm, with weekend shifts required. The role focuses on keeping resident apartments and common areas clean, sanitary, and orderly, and includes assisting with preparation for group or special functions.

Responsibilities include carpet and hard floor care, mopping, sweeping, waxing (including strip, wax and sealer), and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to perform floor care across carpets and hard floors.
• Ability to mop, sweep, wax, strip, wax & sealer as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in residential units and common areas.
• Support event setup and space preparation.

• Assist in the preparation of designed areas for special events (includes prior and after activities).
• Assist the department with the delivery of linen to the Health Center.
