Job summary

Royale Oaks is seeking a Floor Technician to perform cleaning duties in our Omaha facility. You will operate floor cleaning equipment, strip, wax, and polish floors, vacuum carpets, and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Requirements include knowledge of floor types, ability to operate equipment safely, strong attention to detail, and good communication. Hours may vary; shifts include M/W/F 8am-1pm.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods is a plus.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks and lifting if required.
• Excellent time management and communication with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial cleaning duties in a nursing home setting.
• Operate and maintain floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
• Strip, wax, and polish floors.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors and follow safety protocols with PPE.
