Mill Creek Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable Floor Tech to help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care or housekeeping experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Team-oriented with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Buff, strip, wax, scrub, and finish floors as scheduled.
• Maintain floor care equipment and report needed repairs.
• Follow facility safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the facility.

Physical Requirements
