Job summary

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 513-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, is seeking a Floor Tech to join our professional team. We are looking for someone with floor maintenance experience, including stripping and waxing, who is committed to providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities include performing floor care, maintaining a clean environment, ensuring equipment is well-maintained, trash removal, and collaborating with teammates to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with floor stripping and waxing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team player with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care duties, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.
