Job description

LR Associates, LLC is a Veteran owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.

We are seeking experienced full time Saturday and Sunday, possible some weekdays Floor Techs who will be responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include: Mopping, Deep Scrubbing Tile Floors, Steam cleaning carpet/furniture, Buffing hard floor surfaces, Strip/Wax hard floor surfaces. Job consists of working with floor care equipment such as Electric Floor Scrubber, Buffers, Auto Scrubbers/Ride on Auto Scrubbers/Ride on Auto Scrubbers.
