Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a Floor Tech for a night shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in our Manufacturing/Industrial facility.

The role involves carpet steam-cleaning, floor stripping, waxing, sealing, and deep cleaning with appropriate chemicals to maintain clean, safe floors. The ideal candidate has prior floor care experience, strong stamina, and the ability to follow schedules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience required.
• Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with staff.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts.
• Ability to follow schedules and directions from a supervisor.
• Professional conduct and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets and strip floors with proper equipment.
• Apply wax and buff to protect floor surfaces.
• Seal and deep-clean painted floors using safe chemicals.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean other surfaces in the building.
• Move heavy equipment or furniture as needed and manage trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

We are looking for you to…

• Steam-clean carpets
• Strip the floor using the proper machinery
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff
• Apply sealant to floors
• Deep clean painted floors using appropriate chemicals/degreasers
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors and cleaning other surfaces
• Gather and empty trash
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Other duties as assigned
