Job summary

HES is a premier national provider of facilities management services focused 100% on educational institutions. We are seeking Floor Techs / Cleaners to uphold daily cleanliness and maintenance across assigned areas within client facilities.

Responsibilities include sweeping and mopping floors, assisting with striping, buffing and waxing, carpet cleaning, and light window and wall cleaning. Must maintain equipment, follow safety standards and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school level education is preferred but not required.
• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.

Job Skills / Requirements

Floor Techs / Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Floor Techs / Cleaners perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the facility

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
