Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a Floor Technician responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of client facility floors. This role involves performing daily cleaning tasks and operating specialized floor care equipment like buffers and scrubbers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in janitorial services and must be able to work flexible shifts. Competitive hourly wages and health benefits are included.
Wage: $21.75 per hour. The Floor Technician will maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and safety of client facility floors, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time including the ability to walk long distances. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment (cleaning products, tools, and ladders) and trash and the ability to safely use the equipment provided. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
