Job summary

Allegiance Industries is seeking a Floor Tech for a Sunday–Thursday night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) at a manufacturing facility. You will perform floor care, steam-clean carpets, wax, seal, and deep-clean painted surfaces while upholding safety standards and maintaining high cleanliness.

On-the-job training is provided; candidates should have physical stamina, reliability and the ability to follow schedules in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care and janitorial work preferred.
• Ability to operate floor machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Steam-clean carpets.
• Strip floors using appropriate machinery.
• Apply wax to coat floors and buff.
• Apply sealant to floors.
• Deep clean painted floors with suitable chemicals/degreasers.
• Clean buildings by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning other surfaces.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Move heavy equipment and furniture.
• Other duties as assigned.
