Job summary

The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio is seeking a reliable Floor Tech to maintain and enhance the floors across our Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living campus. Join a caring housekeeping team where your work directly supports resident well-being and living environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care or housekeeping is preferred.
• Ability to operate floor machines safely and follow procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing.
• Clean and maintain tile, vinyl, carpet, and specialty flooring.
• Operate floor machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Assist with general housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Ensure hallways, common areas, and resident spaces remain clean and safe.
