Job summary

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup providing patient care facilities with 40 private suites and will begin operations Oct 2026. The Floor Care Technician will perform floor care, housekeeping and environmental services to meet hospital standards, including waxing, stripping and buffing, and assist with maintenance per the Director of Plant Operations.

The role emphasizes quality cleaning, linen distribution, and adherence to timelines within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Floor Care Technician performs assigned floor care functions based on hospitalstandards and procedures; performs environmental services duties as needed, performs linen distribution at facilities, performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing and other contractual duties according to regulations.Assistwith routine maintenance and servicing operations as directed by the Director of Plant Operations.

Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previoushousekeeping experience preferred in a health caresetting
• General maintenance/and care of multiple types of floors
