DB3 Solutions is seeking a reliable Floor Care Technician to perform professional floor and carpet cleaning for commercial offices in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role covers stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction with strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in commercial floor care, can lead a small crew, operate floor-care machinery, lift heavy equipment, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.

Qualifications

• Background check required; past conviction not automatic disqualifier.
• At least 2 years in commercial floor care with 50+ stripping/waxing jobs.
• Experience with stripping/waxing, buffing/burnishing, and carpet extraction.
• Must have a crew of at least 2 helpers for larger stripping/waxing jobs.
• Ability to safely operate floor-care machinery and lift/carry equipment.
• Reliable transport and dependable attendance; can work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping and waxing, including prep, sealing, and finish application.
• Operate floor buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and carpet extractors.
• Clean and extract carpet; buff and burnish floors for a polished look.
• Follow safety policies; inspect completed work for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment, report damage, and adhere to schedules across accounts.
• Interact professionally with customers and staff; work both independently and as part of a crew.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Care Technician to perform professional floor and carpet cleaning services for commercial offices. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with floor stripping and waxing, buffing/burnishing, carpet cleaning, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping and waxing, including preparation, stripping, cleaning, sealing, and applying finish.
• Operate floor buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and other floor-care equipment.
• Perform carpet cleaning and extraction to remove dirt, stains, and buildup.
• Buff and burnish floors to achieve a clean, polished appearance.
• Clean floors according to company and customer specifications.
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies while following safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and properly care for all equipment and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Follow assigned schedules and complete jobs within established timeframes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and staff.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must take a background check; a past conviction will not disqualify you automatically.
• At least 2 years experience in commercial floor care and completed at least 50 stripping and waxing jobs.
• Experience with stripping/waxing, buffing/burnishing, and carpet extraction required.
• Must have a crew of at least 2 additional people to help you with stripping and waxing jobs.
• Ability to safely operate floor-care machinery and cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work evenings, nights, weekends, or flexible hours as needed.

This is a pay by the gig job and will be used as needed in multiple commercial accounts across the Greater Cincinnati area. Pay terms: Net 30 on all jobs based clientele serviced.
