Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the guidance of Table Games Pit Managers, the Team Member acts as a Floor Supervisor during assigned shifts, ensuring game operations adhere to policies and procedures, and fostering a respectful environment for both guests and team members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Creates an exciting environment and provides excellent service to guests.
  • Supervises, coaches, and directs dealers, ensuring proper procedures and monitoring work processes.
  • Monitors table games for compliance with casino and regulatory rules, protecting game integrity and security.
  • Assists in disciplinary actions and monitors post-disciplinary performance.
  • Tracks and documents patron play, wagers, and wins/losses.
  • Ensures professional care and service to guests and employees.
  • Protects the assets, including games, currency, chips, and playing cards.
  • Maintains open communication with departments and superiors.
  • Provides ongoing support and direction to dealers, applying strong leadership skills.
  • Manages staffing levels, adjusts game minimums, and oversees pit operations to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepares daily performance reports and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma; some college preferred.
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in table games or three+ years as a dealer; combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Experience in craps and/or roulette preferred.
  • Strong communication and mathematical skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Exposure to casino-related factors like smoke, noise, and public interaction.
  • Frequent standing, walking, handling, and lifting (20+ pounds).
  • Hectic, fast-paced, and crowded environment.
