Job Description

Oversee table games and employees to ensure safety, integrity, security, and compliance with company and regulatory policies. Supervise, coach, and support dealers. Maintain excellent customer service by cultivating and improving the player base and promoting a positive company image.

Job Functions

• Stand and circulate throughout the assigned area.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the games supervised.
• Calculate all payoffs accurately.
• Monitor compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Operate computer systems to access credit lines and issue credits.
• Maintain positive customer relations, evaluate play, and extend complimentary services when appropriate.
• Direct and supervise dealers in the assigned area.
• Evaluate team members' performance annually.
• Monitor changes in cards and dice; inspect new equipment before use.
• Resolve customer complaints or refer to the Shift Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Floor Supervisor.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and company policies.
• Thorough knowledge of at least two (2) games.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
