Position Overview

The Floor Supervisor supports the Store and Assistant Manager in managing personnel, product, merchandising, visual displays, and business results. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service, increase sales, and maintain visual standards.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and foster a results-driven environment.
3. Develop staff through coaching, feedback, and training.

5. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Managerial Duties

1. Drive sales by executing customer service programs and ensuring proper merchandise presentation.
2. Assist in training and developing staff in sales and customer service.
3. Analyze sales data and communicate results and business needs.
4. Monitor performance metrics and support staff in achieving targets.
5. Represent the brand professionally and maintain a polished appearance.

Operational Tasks

1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

5. Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Leadership and Merchandising
