Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Distribution Center Floor Supervisor, Final Mile in Naperville, IL to lead daily workflow and drive productivity. You will inspire a team to hit targets, champion safety, and pursue operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll guide associates, participate in interviews, evaluate performance, and coach on safety procedures while promoting continuous improvement and clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of distribution center experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel.
• Final Mile/Home Delivery or Furniture experience preferred.
