This role leads and develops employees, supports production goals, and promotes continuous improvement while working closely with the Shift Manager and production team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.
• Supervise daily departmental operations and workflow.

• Assist with performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Delegate responsibilities and maintain accountability within the team.
