Job summary

CAMCO CHEMICAL in Wisconsin seeks a Department Supervisor who, with guidance from the Shift Manager, will oversee a production department to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven performance.

You will lead and develop operators, support production goals, and promote continuous improvement while coordinating with the production team and Inventory Control.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

  • Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Shift Manager and Inventory Control.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and manage equipment and assets.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
