Job summary

PPS is seeking a 1st Shift Floor Supervisor in Toledo, OH to lead an on-the-floor team of 25–35 employees in a fast-paced industrial setting. This hands-on leadership role drives daily production, safety, quality, and attendance while ensuring a productive and accountable work environment.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or similar settings and thrives in a visible leadership position on the floor.

Qualifications

PPS is seeking an experienced 1st Shift Floor Supervisor for a growing industrial operation in Toledo. This hands-on leadership role will oversee approximately 25-35 employees while driving daily production, safety, quality, attendance, and overall floor performance.

We're looking for a strong, visible leader who knows how to keep a team organized, productive, and accountable. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, recycling, industrial production, warehouse, or a similar fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
