Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Floor Supervisor for our Romeoville, IL distribution center to lead associates, coordinate daily activities, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role emphasizes hands-on supervision and accountability in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will participate in interviewing and selecting new staff, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions while coaching teams on safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Distribution Center experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
• Computer skills, proficiency with Google applications, MS Word & Excel
