Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking a Floor Supervisor for its Western Dental/Brident Offices to lead back office staff and oversee scheduling, training, and patient management. You will partner with Dentists to ensure smooth patient flow, proper treatment instructions, and high satisfaction levels.

The role emphasizes sterilization protocols, OSHA compliance, and ongoing staff development, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team of 8-12 with authority and accountability.
• Working knowledge of dental equipment, OSHA and safety compliance.
• Must have a current X-Ray License or agree to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back office staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations and accountability.
• Participate in hiring and retention of back office staff.
• Manage patient flow and ensure patient satisfaction in collaboration with Dentists.
• Ensure sterilization of office and equipment.
• Maintain patient treatment records and inventories.
• Lead, motivate and guide back staff and attend monthly operating meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all back office staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluations and holding staff accountable
• Participate in the hiring, selection and retention for back office staff
• Responsible for Patient management by partnering with Dentists, providing patients with proper pre and post-treatment instructions and ensuring patient satisfaction
• Monitor patient flow by effectively reviewing sign in sheet and appointment book and making necessary adjustments to the schedule
• Responsible for ensuring sterilization of the office and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA, Dental Board, and Corporate policies and procedures
• Conduct all weekly/monthly/quarterly inspections
• Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. as needed
• Maintain proper patient treatment records
• Lead, inspire, and motivate back staff
• Participate in monthly operational meetings
• Prioritize UPE (Ultimate Patient Experience)
