Job summary

Evolution is a global leader in online gaming and entertainment with offices including Grand Rapids, MI. The Floor Supervisor will oversee the gaming floor during shifts, ensuring smooth operation of tables and providing supervisory support to staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coordinating with operations, managing projects and deadlines, coaching the team, and handling attendance and employee relations. Competitive hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role or related field.
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler is preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient and highly organized.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor will have complete oversight of the gaming floor during their assigned shift. This individual will be responsible for monitoring the operations of the floor, ensuring tables are running smoothly without error and providing supervisory support to team members.

• Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and expectations are met
• Work with operations to ensure success of team and operations
• Manage projects and deadlines
• Manage, supervise, coach and motivate team
• Time and attendance maintenance of employees
• Handle employee relations within the team, including disciplinary cases

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a supervisor or in related field
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required
• Technically proficient
• High level of organization
• Ability to work flexible hours
