Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for full-time Floor Stock Supervisor positions.

Location: Mayo Clinic Saint Mary's - 1216 Second Street South West, Rochester, MN 55905. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; days may vary, with rotating weekends required. 6:30 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing associates responsible for delivering snacks and beverages to patient units, supporting patient and nursing needs.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with expiration dates and sanitation standards in patient nutrition rooms.
  • Managing inventory control and stock levels in the floor stock area to ensure accurate supply availability.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing training and creating work schedules.
  • Evaluating worker performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining underperformers.
  • Preparing reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  • Mentoring employees and encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
