Responsibilities

• Ensure restorative nursing care is performed as ordered.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and open communication with management.
• Document and maintain medical records accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor treatment per physician orders.
• Count narcotics and maintain records.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other staff.
• Assist with discharge planning and family education.
