Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a floor planning professional to execute Kroger Company’s floor planning process across stores and remodels.

You will create and maintain floor plans using JDA Floor Planning, align with fixture prints and planograms, and communicate with Kroger departments to ensure aligned goals. This hybrid role requires working at the Corporate Office at least two days per week, leveraging syndicated data to analyze stores and drive sales and margins through accurate

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Degree in Business, Statistics or Economics preferred.
• 2 year of Kroger space management experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of merchandising or data analysis experience preferred.
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using JDA software; read and interpret floor plans, planograms, fixture specifications.
• Knowledge of the KOMPASS process preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and collaboration ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain floor plans using JDA Floor Planning software in conjunction with Kroger store fixture prints and planograms.
• Provide store, department and category analysis using syndicated data.
• Develop expertise in floor analysis to support sales goals and objectives.
• Assist in pre/post analysis of capital and KOMPASS projects.
• Execute floor planning steps aligned with KOMPASS and important dates; share best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple Kroger departments to align goals and communicate progress.
