Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management)
• 1 year experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas
• OR 3 years experience in an operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees for multiple departments/areas

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility
• Forecast staffing workload and performance to meet business demands; prepare and review business reports to identify improvements
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
• Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards; develop, distribute, and maintain procedures and supporting documentation
• Act with integrity, build high-performing teams, and recruit and develop talent while focusing on customer needs and operational excellence
