Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Ensure training and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Hire, promote, coach, teach and evaluate associates and leaders.
